This machine is the second generation of AB-F2 type hot-roll fishplate mill compared with the first generation. The difference is the AB-F3 is driven by the gear between the reducer and the electromotor. Having been heated, the material end can be rolled distinct fishtail veining of scalloping shape. The roll material end becomes wider and thinner and the thickness is not more than 2mm, which being called as "fishtail". It belongs to advanced process before metal pattern bending. Using this machine, we can roll not only coarse fishtails but also thin fishtails.

4. Main features:
1). There is no need to beat the materials flat to process, thus the material end having been heated can be directly finished with its fishtail decoration by this machine. The machine material end becomes wider and thinner with the thickness not more than 2mm
2). Made with cycloidal pinwheel reduction box, the machine has large torque. Special way is adopted for the torque transmission between the gear box and working case, ensuring smooth and reliable mechanical operation
3). The imported material clamp apparatus has the following advantages: being adjustable, flat and straight guide, and the finished fishtail veining being straight
4). On the back holding up plate of the machine, there is a rolling size localization device. We can accord to the product requirements to select the rolling length localization size and achieve the optimum results
5). When we process 10mm or more material, we can use the coarse rolling mechanism of the machine and then get the beautiful moulding fishtail patterns
6). The machine has large processing range and high production efficiency, and can roll 300 pieces of 8 x 40mm flat iron parts per hour
7). The roller material has very good quality and long lifespan, and each roller can roll at least 100 thousand pieces
